Joe and I went to primary school together in Eltham, London SE9. In those days he was 'David'. We went to different schools after the eleven plus (he was smarted than me) but we kept in touch and both of us would hop the wag occasionally and go off for the odd adventure on my motor bike and even to a holiday camp in Brixham in Devon for a week. I last saw him when he performed in Tunbridge Wells. We had just a little time for a chat about those good old days but kept in touch via his 'Ramblings'. I have only just found out that he had died and I'm hoping its not too late to send my condolences to his family. God bless David/Joe. John
