Keith butted in and gave us a list of two and a half countries. So, as you like lists (remember how you loved to give us lists of the countries who'd adopted your "wider definition" of antisemitism?), please provide us with a list of all those countries who DON'T regard the settlements as illegal. It shouldn't take you long.
