MarkS, other than saying the article you note was obviously written with prejudice, I would ask that you study the case a bit more by clicking on the site link in my first posting and exploring. There is much to note there including this transcript from an oral argument at one of the appeals hearings, in which it becomes obvious the government has no idea of who fired the shots which killed their agents.
