Years ago I was in Mountain View Arkansas and a fellow did a song that he called Taking Daisy to the sale. Was about two boys taking a milk cow to the livestock sale because " the grocery bill was way behind". The song intrigued me and the fellow recorded it on my tape recorder .i learned it and do it now and then. The fellow said that he had gotten it off some guy from Missouri. Later I heard some of Damon Blacks songs and wondered if might have been written by him. Would anyone know?
