PLMs were based here in Derby. Cathy used to live 5 doors from me, but I haven't seen her in years.
They used to do a Robb Thompson song about people stinking out your home with cigarettes (dates it!), with the wonderful line "they wave their obscene cancer sticks around your house and when they've gone, for several days the putrid perfume lingers on......"
