Hi to Steve the fat old hippy
Yes I remember Hammersmith Folk Centre I was there in the late 70's
and it was the best club around very happy memories I sang my first
song there thanks to Don, who sadly passed away recently he had a really wonderful deep voice.
And yes I did run a folk club in Acton for about 6 months but then folded
I now live in Exmouth Devon I moved here in 2009 and now sing in a "buoy" band called the Exmouth Shantymen and having a great time with
the crew.
