Dick I don't know about Lomax's copyrights. Are they for his books, collections or the songs themselves. When ever I read an author thanks to the help lent in their endevours (Roger Abrahams, Bruce Jackson & Stan Hugill among the many) it would seem that he was pretty free with more than a helping hand or some bit of advice.
