I'm rushing round like nothing on earth this weekend as an organiser of Lewes Folk Festival with masses of events to oversee and the programme preparation has suffered as a result, High spot so far has been the sold-out concert headed by Jackie Oates last night. What a lovely person and performer she is!
Today we look forward the another sold out event - the first concert by Shirley Collins in her home town since her return to singing but there are two other events that I have to set up and compere before then. Must rush.....
