I grew up in northern New Jersey in the 60's.
For some reason today I was trying to remember this jump rope jingle.

This is what I recall:
Fudge, fudge, call the judge
Mama's got a new born baby
Papa's going crazy
It's not a boy
It's not a girl
It's just an ordinary baby
Wrap it up in tissue paper
Send it down the elevator
1st floor stop (the jumping stopped)
2nd floor miss (you'd deliberately miss)
3rd floor turn around
4th floor touch the ground
5th floor get out (you'd jump out)
