I did wonder if they were a troll but giving GUEST un-named 22 Nov 2017 the benefit of the doubt that they knew neither how to add their name to a Mudcat post nor how to Google further
I emailed Folk Music NY for them and received the answer from Don

Ah Jay, you know more of how the FMNY pages are organised than me. On my tablet I can only see the page title "Performers at C......"
I hadn't dug any deeper and I took it the page wasn't so much about an event but referring to performers of the 40s&50s,
last revised 2009.
