Here's the second verse to my family's version of this song:

As Anthony Clair came down the street,
A pretty girl he chanced to meet,
And she was given the wondrous treat,
Of watching him play with his balls,
For they were large balls,
Balls as heavy as lead!

In my family's version Anthony is clearly a juggler,
an artist rather than just an uncouth exhibitionist.
