Searching the database for Babylon, but didn't find the one I remember. Possibly an English Civil War song, it begins 'Hail the year so long expected, hail the day of full release.' Chorus: 'Babylon is fallen, is fallen, is fallen, Babylon is fallen to rise no more.'
