Cloudless blue sky, brilliant bright sunshine,
blinding white powdery snow (more than enough)
and subfreezing bitter cold (even more).

Temperatures above the freezing mark are to return
in the next seven days.
Which will make for at least two concerns that I can think of:
flooding,
and "frost heaves", by whatever name you call them -- ach, the road surfaces are going to CAVE.
