Not exactly the height of news reporting is it?
The link goes to a Guardian article which gives a link to: "promising 39 billion pounds to the EU."
Unfortunately, when you follow the link it's about "Promising 50 billion pounds (or more) to the EU"
Maybe they don't even trust their own reporting . . .
