The CBI is not slavishly anti-brexit. The CBI has accepted the referendum result and is daily making the case for an orderly brexit and lobbying for staying in the single market and customs union, and is advising its members on what contingency plans and adjustments they need to be making. It takes into account the views of thousands of businesses, large and small, who are a damn sight closer to the nitty-gritty realities of this than this pathetic government and ideological little-Englanders like you.
