Go to "Podcasts," and you'll find a page for each show, with an index. But there's a problem - I can't figure out how to copy or download the index from the first page that appears for each program(me). There's a trick - on the index page for each show, there's a player - and on that player, there's a blue link with MHFS and the show number (e.g., MHFS 249) - that link will lead you to an index that can be downloaded or copied.
But better yet, go to http://mhfs.podomatic.com/ - both the indexes and the podcasts can be downloaded there.
