If I wish to deny that you won "convincingly," or that "the British people have spoken," then the 38% figure is perfectly legitimate grist to my mill, thank you. And you completely missed the point about the nine in ten Labour Party members who voted remain. That had nothing at all to do with the larger electorate but everything to do with the fact that the party is seriously out of sync with the membership in its brexit policy, and, to a lesser extent percentage-wise, with Labour voters.
