Name your enemies, and I will tell you who you are ?

Gene Sharp had enemies in high places, all right.
The enemies we are hearing about were high-profile people
outside the US.
I reckon he was feared and dreaded by some North Americans as well
but those particular enemies prefer to keep their heads down.
