I think we should ALL confess. That way no one will ever blame the actual doer of the deed, except maybe Max, and no one can claim later on it was them, exclusively, whether it was them, or not. It will dilute the impact, see? We can call this the Property of Distributive Blame. Each of us can shoulder our bit... like an Olympic flag in procession, that can be carried away by an updraft unelss we all hold down our section.
