Whidbey Island, about 25 miles north of Seattle and 6 miles south of Everett.
A pleasant 15 minute ferry ride from the dock at Mukilteo (follow the signs on Interstate Highway 5 from the north or south) brings you to this island of majestic beauty.
Whidbey Island is about 50 miles long and may also be accessed from the north via Highway 20 and the Deception Pass Bridge.
