I was wondering of Mudcatter's plans for St. Patrick's Day?
Is anyone going to hear Irish music anywhere?
Going to a parade perhaps?

Where I live in California there are no parades but mostly individual Irish type bars/pubs have their own celebration with a band or two playing at night. I don't live near any of these Irish pubs so about the only celebration related to St. Patrick's Day is that some restaurants put on an Irish meal of corned beef and cabbage. The closest restaurant to me having a St. Patrick's meal all day is Norm's Restaurant. No music though, just a corned beef,cabbage and potatoes dinner with some kind of green desert I think.
I might go to that and wear my green St. Patrick's vest with Irish characters on it and a green St. Patrick's scarf I have.
