Mainly now in rock as Mooh said and mainly electric, but available from a ton of makers including Peavey, Schecter, Rich, Dean, Cort, Dillon, Epiphone, Ibanez, Jackson, Turser, Washburn..............and of course Ovation did have one in their line last year. They've also been built by everyone from National to Gretsch to Guild to Benedetto.
