I do apologise Bonzo for this thread derailment. We seem to have forgotten all about the Scandalous Lady Worsley.

I've developed a habit of stockpiling items in our house, as I have a fear of forgetting to buy more. We now have enough toilet rolls to cope with a dysentery outbreak in the entire village. And enough cat food to feed every cat in the UK.

I too forget where I left my specs, and my husband has an annoying habit of running up to me clutching them in his hand and smirking.
But he's just as bad. He forgets to empty the dishwasher, then puts dirty stuff in it along with the clean and it all gets washed again.
