I imagine whale song has more complex meaning than "are you there", "I am here", "are you female?"

Cracking a language barrier is a pursuit I know little about but I had an idea that we might get some basic rules if we could only learn from whale baby talk. I also think porpoise and whale song and communication is more honest than ours, such as feelings are more honest than opinions.
