Your numbered list reminded me of one of my favorite movie lines as well where selling was summed up in a list like that. Have you seen "Used Cars?" Kurt Russell explains selling to one guy by saying, "Its easy. Get their friendship, get their confidence, get their trust, get their money!" Always cracked me up.
