I've listened to this many times now (it's very catchy!) and I think the chorus is:

'In came the Rajah, took off 'is sword and said...'

And I don't think 'the guests went out', I reckon it's 'the gas went out'.

Rather dodgy lyrics about 'tying a bit of rag around his head' when he went to Turkey... Oh dear!
