According to my copy of the Stan Kelly Song Book, priced at 3s 6d in 1964, he attributes the words of Liverpool Lullaby to himself and the tune the traditional Dollia. It also includes I Wish I was Back in Liverpool, with words by him and the tune by Leon Rosselson
