For some reason the previous post arrived incomplete.It should read

When studying for my MA ,one of the set books was THE MICRO-POLITICS OF SCHOOL,which looked at what it described as " the dark side " of establishments and how power was wielded by individuals

Reading these threads I am (IMHO) being allowed to see " THE MICRO-POLITICS OF MUDCAT " with its resultant "dark side".

This is not said to offend anyone but is merely an observation
