Dyslexia, Steve, is a real thing. One helpful accommodation is to have smaller blocks of text. It has nothing to do with reading the tabloids. There's generally a correlation between higher intelligence and this learning disability, because in essence it's the brain working a bit differently than "normal." Those of you who have taught should have already figured this out yourselves.
