I came across this thread while searching, as I occasionally do, for a poem I heard performed in Wagga by The Bush Bandicoots. Must have been 1988 I think.
The poem was about the day McGwyder Pissed a Geyser and Saved the town from drought and I can't remember the details but it was funny as hell and obviously is a based on this one.
