Some people seem to get very irate when others go where the conversation takes them.
So what's wrong with being reminded (say) of another song with a similar phrase, or another Folk Festival?
It may not answer the original question, though that has often been answered already. And sometimes threads are not started to seek information anyway.
I've had many conversation where one of us ends up saying 'how did we get onto that?' Do you think Mudcat threads should be different.
