As usual, Larry, you're right--my already low confidence level was lowered markedly when I heard that, though Dick Cheney was at his desk, Dubya was in the gym--and when he eliminated and then restored the AIDS office--I am thinking that, forget the proverbial nuclear war button, this man can't be even trusted to handle a "delete" key-
