"always on fog lamps" - as if we always have fog!

Headlights on a lot of modern cars are brighter to the point of glare. Many people are reporting it. They also have a more blue in the spectrum, which at night is guaranteed to appear brighter and swamp the rods which are better in low light eg moonlight - which has more blue than you think. We will need a few million years of evolution to adapt to these new road hazards.
