I love to sing in church; but most of the time, working as a church musician has put me in the middle of a lot of nastiness. I don't know why it is, but church musicians are are some of the meanest people I've ever encountered. Still, I plan to keep with it and try to ensure both quality and kindness in the choir.
Oh, and I think I should have married a musician, somebody I could share my music with. I've always loved to sing, but music could not become a major part of my life until I got divorced. I'm still looking for a girl with a guitar...
