Englands football tradition is that of Tom Finney, Stanley Mathews, Bobby Charlton and Bobby Moore. Someone, can't remember who now, described Lionel Messi as Tom Finney reborn. Diego Godin reminds me a lot of Bobby Moore. We used to have players of that quality, and now we don't.
