Refusing to give concessions is not bullying behaviour. As a matter of fact, the UK government hasn't really presented anything that the EU can give concessions on. You want to say that the EU is bullying us because that suits your rather insecure brexiteer agenda. When you can't present facts in support, demonisation is the next best thing.
