I'll be stockpiling basmati and risotto rice today. My pasta cupboard is full and I have a dozen or more tins of peeled plum toms. Olive oil from Tuscany, four bottles, is good for several years. Top quality balsamic, ten years at least. I'll be feasting gourmet-style while foolish virgins are scraping baked beans from rusty tins!
