Something unusual is reported on Cape Cod.
It wasn't the ocean surf doing a surge.
It was the rain coming down in inches per hour.
Regardless of the ocean,
streets had to be closed due to flooding,
and there were power outages.

But I merely heard this over the car radio,
as I don't live near the shore.
