My sister loves going to very posh and expensive restaurants up in Scotland. She knows all the weird and wonderful foods that I've never heard of. (asafoetida, quinoa, hummus etc)

I never feel quite at home in such places.

Like pfr, I prefer rather basic cafés or 'greasy spoon' joints.
I expect I'm common as muck!

Our favourite eating place is a SpudULike in the shopping mall in Norwich. I'd give that a good review any day.
