Corbyn has been in Parliament long enough to be aware of rules, procedures and protocols. He cannot fail to be aware of the fact no pass was issued to some of his own staff members (Otherwise why were they escorted everywhere in order to flout both the rules, and intent of the rules?), therefore he condones deceit.
