I've just watched the late news and the conditions in the hurricane area look dreadful. Loss of power, serious flooding, deaths from falling trees and flying debris. And the newsreader said the storm will gradually escalate, as it's very slow-moving.
I do feel so sorry for all you brave Americans over there.
