Did you all hear about this one?

The location is north and slightly west of Metropolitan Boston.
The Merrimack River connects these cities;
most, if not all of these towns had river mills
during the Industrial Age,
so a boom-and-bust economy cycle is part of their history.   

An awful mess to clean up. Amazing there were not more fatalities.
