Unlike every other position in government a Supreme Court Justice HAS NO AGE LIMITS AT ALL In fact there is no mention of species or age requirements in the Constitution for a Supreme judge.

So even if Chongo is only 10 years old he is good to go.

Please do not notify a republican think tank of this factor.
