TSF Meeting in Newcastle, 20 October 2018
Just two weeks to go until the TSF meeting in Newcastle upon Tyne on Saturday 20th October. The meeting will be held in the Armstrong Building at the University of Newcastle (NE1 7RU).

We have a great weekend ahead of us with a full programme which includes talks by Sue Allan, Dave Harker and Johnny Handle as well as this year’s Roy Palmer Lecture, He Travelled East and He Travelled West: The Contribution of Travelers to Irish Traditional Song,which will be given by Sandra Joyce, the Director of the Irish World Academy of Music and Dance at the University of Limerick.

On the Saturday evening there will be a singaround at Newcastle’s famous Bridge Hotel and, on Sunday morning, there will be a walk around the sights and songs of Newcastle in the company of Barry and Ingrid Temple.
