DMcG, if you purchased it through Amazon, the invoice does exist. Log in to Amazon and go to 'Your Account' then 'Your Orders'. In the ribbon above the appropriate order, on the right-hand side hit 'Invoice' then, in the drop-down box, hit 'Invoice 1'. Print or download the invoice (or, even better, do both).
