Must be in city limits. Prefer NE Seattle. Cost is a huge factor. Folk music experience a must. Must be big enough studio to accommodate several people. Previous studio might be available with new engineer but I think she is going to be too expensive. I will not have time or money for much twiddling, creative process etc. In and out..time's a wasting. Obviously this mindset would offend a lot of people but it is all I can do.
