Joe is a retired government civil servant and an active volunteer for the homeless who has sacrificed for his religion and is an avid sight seer. Of course he is also the mother hen who breaks up squabbles on Mudcat at times.

What's not to like? You would root for him if he were on Wheel of Fortune. I do not know about his musicianship but I imagine it is quite knowledgeable.
