A local town here has the long term reputation of being disreputable and rowdy
A few years ago the Council erected a sign on the road going through reading 'SLOWLY THROUGH TOWN" -
Immediately the local graffiti artists got to work blanking out some of the letters. leaving it reading "LOW ROUGH TOWN"
