Several country dances were published in the early 1700s with minuet titles and tunes. Unlike the original minuet, which was a couple dance, these were ordinary longways set dances, but done with a minuet step. These days they're generally done with a walking step just like any other 3/2 dance - Colin Hume (among others) has tried to re-introduce the minuet step but it hasn't caught on.
