Actually, I had a really interesting bus ride three years ago. From Boston to New York City. It cost all of about $23 from the South Station and the bus had an electric plug at every seat so devices could be charged. It may also have had WiFi. The weather was gorgeous, leaves were beginning to turn, and we stopped in a small town half way there for people to use the restroom and buy Chinese takeout from a buffet. It had to detour around some rough traffic so was a longer ride than planned, but they dropped me off just off the Bowery down near Canal Street and I easily made my way from there to my friend's apartment.
